A competent leader with over 25 years of experience in various functional and technical roles for onsite-offshore software projects and product delivery. A dynamic, self-starter with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. A distinction in delivering software projects and products for prestigious organizations across the USA, Canada, EMEA, and India. Formerly with Rolta, RMSI, and IIS First. Adjunct Professor at SP Jain School of Global Management.
Sandip is currently managing IDM Technologies, a pure play vendor agnostic Identity & Access Management (IAM) service provider; where Sandip’s proposition included the reduction of operational costs, improving security, and business continuity profiles. Sandip graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Delhi) in 1993.
VINAY YADAV
VP – TECHNOLOGY & OPERATIONS
Vinay has a multi-skilled set with over 12 years of experience in technology and executive business leadership spanning all areas from operations, consulting, delivery, and P&L management including process re-engineering, and cost optimization, and delivered strong ROI. Vinay has rich experience in consulting, designing, and delivering end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions under the cybersecurity domain across India and Middle East. Formerly with Rolta, Happiest Minds, SDG.
Vinay graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science from Dr. Virendra Swaroop Institute of Computer Studies, Kanpur University, India. He holds a Master of Computer Application in Computer Science from Hindustan Institute of Management & Computer Studies, Uttar Pradesh Technical University, India. Vinay is a health and fitness enthusiast who lives in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with his wife and son and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

Sathya’s extensive sales and business development capabilities for over 30 years with a dedicated focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions & services in the past 15 years, to commercial and public sector organizations across EMEA is remarkable. With his pleasing approach and management style, Sathya’s track record in engaging with the client within BFSI, higher education, healthcare, telecommunication, defense, energy, retail, etc. proves complete client trust and satisfaction.
Sathya’s understanding of local customs and culture, and his longevity in the Middle East marketplace are of immense value to our organization. Sathya’s unmatched passion for Identity Security since mid 90’s is remarkable. Before joining IDM Technologies, Sathya held key positions at multi-national companies including Simeio, Magirus, Novell, and Tech Data. In 1992, Sathya got graduated from the Hindustan Institute of Engineering Technology.

Rajesh’s understanding of the Indian Government Procurement, and Tendering process, along with his tactical selling approach to Defence institutions is extremely valuable.
VIVEK PADHI
DIRECTOR – IAM PRACTICE & CONSULTING SERVICES
Expert Identity & Access Management (IAM) practice leader with 13 years of experience in India & Middle East. Formerly with PWC, Wipro, and Tata Communications. Vivek played a key role as a senior architect and platform owner in Enterprise Security Architecture design with key expertise in complex design, development, and implementation of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management & Federation, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Multifactor Authentication (MFA) solutions along with Security Assurance and Compliance.
Vivek managed the entire gamut of technical delivery assurance in addition to Advisory Consulting for new and existing clients. Vivek has also managed the Center of Excellence (COE) and Cyber Defense Center for IAM and PAM.
MANOJ SALUNKE
SR. TECHNOLOGY ARCHITECT
Expert Identity & Access Management (IAM) project leader with over 13 years of experience in India & Middle East Formerly with Rolta. Manoj has rich experience in designing and implementing multiple IAM technology partner solutions including SailPoint, Oracle, ForgeRock, and Ping Identity.
Manoj’s technical expertise in integrating Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) for REST/SOAP Webservices, Database, File Systems, etc. is remarkable. Along with IGA, Manoj has extraordinary experience across a wide range of Access Management solutions utilizing SAML, OAuth, OIDC, etc. for integrations. Furthermore, Manoj has designed solutions for prestigious enterprises using complex use cases such as external IdP integrations, legacy application integrations, etc.
