We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Cybersecurity solutions. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business challenges, designing tailored solutions, and supporting the sales cycle with technical and functional expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and design solutions across IAM, PAM, and cybersecurity domains such as Endpoint Security, VA/PT, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, and API Security.
- Deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams in preparing solution architectures, proposals, BOMs, SOWs, and
RFP/RFI responses. - Conduct workshops, deep-dives, and technical sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Work with delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from pre-sales to implementation.
- Keep abreast of emerging cybersecurity trends, threat landscapes, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–8 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture in cybersecurity and IAM/PAM.
- Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, privileged access, threat detection, data protection, and endpoint/cloud security controls.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols, access governance, and Zero Trust architectures.
- Strong documentation skills – ability to create technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and solution decks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Professional certifications in Cybersecurity, IAM/PAM, or related domains (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, OSCP, etc.) are an advantage.
