Job Description

We are seeking an experienced enterprise cybersecurity sales professional who can win strategic accounts, grow business across the UAE, convert company-provided leads, and independently originate new opportunities through established relationships and targeted outreach.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop account strategies and acquire new enterprise and government customers.
• Own leads provided by IDM’s demand-generation team and drive them from qualification to closure.
• Independently build a qualified pipeline through customer relationships, direct outreach, referrals, and technology partners.
• Engage with CISOs, CIOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
• Lead complex sales cycles covering Identity Security and Cyber Defense solutions.
• Coordinate with presales, architects, delivery teams, and technology partners throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Drive RFP pursuits, proposal presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
• Expand existing accounts through additional solutions, services, and renewals.
• Maintain reliable CRM records and forecasts while achieving agreed revenue and gross-profit targets.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• 8–12 years of enterprise IT or cybersecurity sales experience with a strong UAE track record.
• Demonstrated success in personally originating and closing enterprise deals.
• Established relationships with relevant UAE customers and technology partners.
• Understanding of cybersecurity solutions including IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO/MFA, SOC/MDR, and GRC.
• Strong account planning, consultative selling, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently own opportunities and engage senior customer stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings across the UAE.

Preferred:

• Experience with a cybersecurity systems integrator or security services provider.
• Experience managing government tenders and complex enterprise procurement.
• UAE Driving Licence.
